Can't clone stable release-4-2-2

Hi all,

I have finally managed to compile and install stable from sources.
After doing this many functions are not found, e.g. stdnormal_pdf

So I decided to start from scratch, I tried to clone latest stable,
but gnulib fails to clone. Ideas?
