GUI Property Inspector

Hello All

I am Sahil (*batterylow* on IRC). I wish to apply for the GUI property
inspector project in GSoC 2018.

Moreover, it would be peace of mind for me if someone could volunteer to
mentor the project as there is no mentor assigned for the same.
