I'd like to but it won't run like that;
* wants to load pakages. AFAIK that doesn't work in Matlab like in Octave
* Matlab doesn't have an io toolbox
* I see an "endfor" instruction.

This script has to be cleaned up and "Matlabized" before someone with Matlab
plus signal toolbox and control toolbox (does matlab have one?) can run it.
I have matlab prerelease but no signal processing toolbox.
