Details:

Hi

I have a very small contribution to the GNU octave code. I saw the perl
function and thought that a python equivalent would be useful, specially
considering the amount of people that love pyhton.

It's pretty much the same as perl.m (I mainly only changed perl -e by python
-c) hence the reason why Julian Schnidder (who is the copyright of perl.m) is
also as copyright owner of pyhton.m

Hope others can find it useful too.
