Follow-up Comment #16, patch #7752 (project octave):

This test shows that we should be able to copy a legend as an ordinary axes to
be consistant with ML. I think it's reasonnable and will implement that.

About listener/callback I am not shure I understand the test : 
the fact that setting properties of the original object does not modify the
copy is what I expect. The contrary would have surprised me. Can you explain
me.

I will submit a new set of files in the next couple of days.
