Pushed partial http://hg.octave.org/mxe-octave/rev/59401c8d25f8 to effect only
Qt.

I didnt apply the changes to vtk or  wt as they arent used by octave.

I also left the entries in index.htm for the aql libraries - who knows - maybe
they will be needed at a later date?
