Details:

I have backported the very useful cursor coordinates implementation in Qt
figures (original author is by Pantxo Diribarne) to the stable Octave 4.0.3.
Just replace the 4 files Figures.cc, Figure.h, Canvas.cc and Canvas.h of the
libgui/graphics directory with the attached versions and recompile.
It works well for me...
