Details:

Calculates the state feedback matrix of a completely controllable SISO system
using Ackerman's formula.

I used the equations from my lecture notes.

Strangely there's no up-to date Matlab documentation for acker(), only for
version R2011b

It's in version R2016a, though, and there is no deprecation warning.
