Follow-up Comment #19, patch #9993 (project octave):

Maybe it entails more than just moving code around?

I suppose what Pantxo means is a pane attached to a graphics window rather
than the GUI, more or less like Matlab does (see attached pic).
BTW in Matlab, after docking the graphics windows the property inspector pane
stays undocked.
