Details:

This is a patch to add the 'cluster' function to Octave.
It depends on patch #10008 ("Add function inconsistent").

I included a test for this function which is also a good example.
Just run the test code and then:


scatter(X(:,1), X(:,2), 36, T);


to see how it works.
