I found the issue. On my environment,
<sys/time.h> does not correctly
define timercmp.
Changing the file to define it, everything
compiles now!

missing #define incorrectly
guessed by the configure script.
Check the generated config.h. for
android, I thin I also compile
with #define ANDROID: may be that
will help to solve the wrong
includes.
