Click on the icon that looks like two curved arrows next to the word "Subject"
and directly below the "Navigate" menu item. In the "old days" this used to be
a tool bar. It was hidden I believe to conserve screen real estate. I find once
I have these items configured I never use them again, so having the items
hidden is fine for me.
