There is a difference between dependencies and *perceived* dependencies.
Most/all of 0.10.0's dependencies would have been satisfied by a standard
installation of GNOME 1.x that came with the end user's distro. Most/all of
0.13.0's dependencies don't.
With the release of Red Hat 8.0, Mandrake 9.0 and SuSE 8.1, these complaints
should start to disappear.
