[Pan-users] Problems with key binding

It will let me change them, but when I restart Pan, it reverts to the 
default keybindings :/

~/.gnome/accels shows the correct entries, but no joy.

Do I need more stuff here?

        address@hidden:~> cat .gtkrc
        gtk-can-change-accels = 1

I also have a .gtkrc-KDE do I need to modify that instead?

Please help me if ya can this is getting annoying.
BTW 0.13.091 looks fabulous, just built it from source today <g>
