[Pan-users] auto_part_selection=false no longer supported?

I just upgraded from 11.3 to 13.0 and can't seem to find the menu pref
switch to set auto_part_selection=false. I looked into .gnome/Pan and
see the settings I had in 11.3, mostly discovered by the fonts that I
used then.

Am I just looking in the wrong place or has something changed, this is
causing me some grief with reposts for bad parts in multipart messages.
I can't get Pan to use the good reposted part as it keeps on selecting
the original bad part.
