Then what you want is "Mute Quoted Text" -- an option I believe PAN
supplies, if not then report *that* as a bug.

A problem I see much more frequently with top posted messages -- it's
impossible to understand what is being said without first reading every
previous message, I can't do it easily because of the top posting, so I kill
the thread.
