Pan doesn't automatically aggregate multiple news servers to "act" as a
single server, if that's what you mean.
IOW, you can't tell Pan to download a group of posts and have it
intelligently split the job up among multiple servers. BNR2 does that,
though.
If you just want to use another news server, though, you can go to
Tools>News Servers and set up multiple servers.
Then you switch between servers using the Servers menu.
You yourself can split a job up among different servers, but there's no
functionality to do so automatically built into Pan.
