[Pan-users] Pan not automatically downloading headers when switching servers

I've got pan 0.14.2.91 set up with 2 news servers which each host a
completely different set of groups, with pan configured to download
new headers & bodies at startup. While this works fine, it doesn't
automatically download new headers & bodies when switching servers.

It would be very convenient if pan would download new posts when
switching servers (or am I just missing a config option).
