Thank you very much !!! It's rather complicated, actually....
Anyway I did what you suggested and now if I click on
a "father" file name with the GREEN little icon, I get a 
single file which (I think) is the merging of all parts whose names
I can read if I click on the little '+' .
I'm saying "I think" because I'm not 100% sure. 
Is there a way of knowing how LONG are the parts of the multipart file so that 
with a simple addition I can be sure that every part has been loaded ???

The only problem remaining is that when I click on a "father" file name
whose parts are NOT ALL OK, i.e. if I click on the '+' I see that some parts
have the RED little icon, well in that case nothing at all is saved even if
the downloading process proceeds as if everything was OK.
If you have any other suggestions/comments... Thanx again!
