I understand how /that/ goes.  It's one of the reasons I discourage 
personal replies, as if it's list/group, at least if I don't get to it, 
someone else might (plus I don't know everything, and others get to learn 
too, and the same thing to several people individually just doesn't 
scale, and ...).  If it's just to me and I can't get to it right away... 
so I encourage group/list inquiries instead.
