I'd consider doing so, but would be sure to link back to this discussion 
in your comment explaining why.  (BTW, you may not be able to up both.  
Some bugzillas don't allow you to without more than normal user privs, 
but you can probably up at least one of them, severity IIRC.  Priority is 
more for the devs to use.  I'd not up both in any case, just because, but 
upping one a single notch is certainly reasonable in this case, IMO.)
