[Pan-users] Testing for gmane.org failure

I believe that posts to pan-users thru gmane are bouncing because
gmane.org is forwarding them to the wrong email address.  I'm
sending this post to two email addresses and I'm expecting one
to bounce and the other to make it to the list.  We'll see.
