[Pan-users] Does Pan Work Under Any Variant Of BSD?

Its been decided by "those in charge" at the university I attend to
allow documentation and the output of several programs to be in BSD-
style.

Pan isn't among the programs listed but nntp:// is allowed by the
university's servers that I wondered if pan existed in the ports at
present.

I haven't installed BSD yet, hence the question....
