Yes, 0.132, the -2 most likely indicates they've already included the 
security patch, at least.  I'm no longer familiar with the way to check 
all that (I used to run Mandrake but it was in the 8.x era), but it 
should be mentioned in the rpm changelogs if you want to double-check it.
