You didn't say what version of pan you use. If you use new pan (pan2)
it's very easy. Hit "s" to open the scoring dialog, set the "Crosspost
Group Count" to "is more than 1", and select "forever". You need to do
this for each group you read. Seems to work for me, anyway.
