OK, tested all reply (normal and selected text) and sig variants 
(executable, text, text file) and with the patch, they all look perfect! 
=:^)

What does NOT now look perfect is a new post (thread starter, not 
reply)!  Again, I tried it with all three sig settings.  There's no blank 
line between the content and the sig delimiter in the new-post case.

Hopefully that should be easy to fix, since you've gotten all the extra 
lines out, finding where to add one for /just/ the new-post case should 
(hopefully) be easy! =:^)
