That is clearly a version difference. I've been looking for
documentation about the .po file format to see what those lines starting
with #~| msgid are supposed to mean. But if this
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html#PO-Files is the
official documentation, then those lines are indeed in error. If they
are supposed to be some comment, then there should be a space directly
after the #.
