I finally got another failed download to report. I entered the info on gitlab, as a comment to PAN issue # 139. The problem seems to occur when downloading a compressed ( .7z ) file.PAN doesn't crash or report an error, but the resulting downloaded file comes in as thousands of small files that PAN cannot reassemble. The data seems to be complete.
