Hi,

as described in the wiki 
(http://www.recherche.enac.fr/paparazzi/wiki/index.php/GCS#Video_Plugin), 
you can use the -mplayer option with the name of the file you want to play:

   gcs -mplayer my_movie.avi

It requires a "plugin" window which must be declared in the layout of 
the gcs. There is one commented  example in conf/gcs/left_col.xml

But I suppose you are interested by replay of the video which is 
synchronous with the telemetry data ? Unfortunately this feature is not 
available today.
