Sure, I'll try to do that. I just checked in the morning, and the 19ohm short on the 3.3V line was at 250ohms, and we did not do anything last night. After powering it on, it reached current limit and is back at around 19ohms!

can you do a high resolution picture (or flatbed scan) of your board -
both sides - and put it to the net so that we can take a look? This is
hard to debug...
