that was done in the early days
[http://www.nongnu.org/paparazzi/gallery_v1_0.html], just connect the
serial and power lines. Maybe the Twog board can help you.

External GPS antennas usually have an amplifier to compensate the cable
loss. That needs DC power through the coax cable. The necessary
circuitry is not available on the Tiny.
