The hardware files in the svn and hence the panel generation scripts
only work for tiny_1.1
As far as i know tiny2 didn't make it into the svn. you'd need to
fetch the gerbers from the wiki and modify the scripts to use them.
The .plc file that gerbmerge is looking for is the  'silkscreen
compoments side" and is produced by the makefile in paparazzi3/hw
directory with the following command

eagle -X -N -d GERBER_RS274X -o $@ $< Dimension tPlace tDocu
