FYI my neighbour Anthony Cake develops and sells an antenna tracker : 
http://www.immersionrc.com/
It has a proprietary software and uses the audio channel to decode the 
telemetry of his osd board.
But if you want to save time on the hardware you can easily reprogram it. 
Unfortunalty it uses a PIC, so there is no gcc available to program it.
Anthony built several antennas with that board. Maybe you can find some 
pictures on the net.
