There are a few dependency difficulties in the complex built process. It is often worth clean-ing your airframe on any xml change and certainly on target changes.

Have you clean your aircraft before build ?
If you open the file var/<your ac>/generated/flight_plan.h, is it complete ? You should have #define // FLIGHT_PLAN_H on the last line.
What did you change in the flight plan ? Does it still works with the basic FP ?

Hello everybody,

if I change something in my flight plan xml file and press the build
button in the Paparazzi, the autopilot code is not rebuilt. A new
flight_plan.h does get generated, but after that make says nothing to
do. The respective .depend files do list flight_plan.h. This happens for
the sim, jsbsim and ap targets.
Does anybody have an idea what's wrong?

Thanks in advance,
