Hi.
First of all thank you for the information and your comments.
I will use two coaxial brushless motors (and two ESC) so there is no 
gearbox and it's losses.
The only problem i can think is the added drag and reduced efficiency of 
the second propeller
when the first one is stopped and braked in flight.
