The only difference in code between Lisa-L and Lisa-M is the baro code in the background. 

The fact that the magnetometer is stopping the I2C line is more a coincidence of multithreading hardware-software interactions

So... why the HMC5883 stop  the I2C line ???   Soldering ???  Bad register reading ???
