i have internet connection with high speed and i odn't know what happened i reback the old line in  make file and the same thing hold at download google maps and nothing new

If you don't have networking at all, wget will immediately fail and it continues... but in your case it seems to keep trying and eventually hits the timeout.

This is fine, it will just fall back to the default google maps version...

What Ubuntu version are you using? Your ivy-ocaml package is outdated...

It should be updated with your normal system updates...
