The "command" messages MOVE_WAYPOINT, DL_SETTING, JUMP_TO_BLOCK and RAW_DATALINK are stored in the log file, but are not displayed in the GCS during replays.
You can still analyze them by hand in the log file.

We are changing some parameters during flight. In the replay, we want to plot the values of these parameters (also the time of change).

We also want to display all the commands that we send from GCS in replay.  How can we monitor all the commands that we send? Are they stored in the log files?
