I commited the change I needed to "not brick more drones" in 

The problem was that the previous makefile configured the linux to automatically start paparazzi. However, this automatic start seems to interfere with a native reset feature backed in the ardrone linux or something else, and the result is that the wireless is not started anymore and you need a console cable on the 10-pin connector to fix this and on newer hardwares with 6-pin connector on the linux board we did not even find a trick to fix the broken linux yet.

@fvantienen: can you please check this too?

I don't have a clue on how to tune the ardrone2_sdk parameters.. We are currently very busy with the IMAV2013 and using the raw version for that.

Did you fix your problems? Have the fixes been pulled?

Would love to hear more about IMAV.
