Hi,

By default, nothing is logged on the SD card. If you need to log 
something in particular, you have to write some code. You have two options:
- log ascii text like in 
sw/airborne/subsystems/ins/ins_float_invariant.c (around line 421)
- log binary data like in sw/airborne/modules/meteo/meteo_france_DAQ.c
You should not mix the two.
For the configuration, you have to choose the board "apogee_1.0_chibios" 
in your airframe file.
