Hi Chris,
the problem is that most of the current paparazzi PCB are sold from US-Shops. By the way a new small 61mm x34mm PCB from Ollimex is available: Christoph is working on a connector PCB for the discovery F4.
After he has tested the  prototype PCB, he will  order 20 PCBs from China.
