I have a fork in github and I pull changes from paparazzi master to it. How can I tell you a meaningful version number? 

The flip meantioned before seems unrelated to recent changes.

I suspect this was due to merging which resulted in wrong frequencies for TIM1 and TIM8 and hence reading ADC was slow.

There seems to be also a problem with the ahrs because the rotorcraft made a flip shortly after applying some throttle in ATT mode.
