There is no stateless functionnalities in partysip's new version.

partysip handles transactions, so the correct way to make performance
test is to count transactions, not calls.
I think partysip can do like 10 transactions/sec Max (but this heavily
depends on the fact that you have to resolv fqdn or not!)
10 transactions can allow you to initiate/terminate around 5 calls
a second with a good processor and enough memory.
Different config may lead to other results...
