You may have compiled partysip as a "Windows service".
If so, you need to install it with:

partysip install

("partysip remove" will uninstall the service if needed)

Then, you need a program like "DebugView" to get the log
and see if anything is fine when running.

The easiest thing is probably to compile without Service
support at first. (it's a define to remove in Makefile)
