[Patch-gnuradio] vocoder grc bindings broken in next

Hi,

I was playing around with the GRC examples when I found out the GRC
bindings for the vocoder stuff was broken in next (this also breaks the
cvsd grc example).

This branch fixes this, and also includes GRC bindings for the other
vocoders:
https://github.com/mbant/gnuradio/tree/vocodergrc

The grc example is also fixed. It's a bit big, hence no patch this time.
The only relevant commit is e1fdd8a3ef78e85de89351304457dca36825c1d6 (I
accidentally snuck in one of my own before).
