Details - Code coverage analysis should be integrated in the build.

A configure option --enable-code-coverage should activate the pertinent gcc 
options and Makefile.am actions to generate gcov statistics when unit tests are 
ran.

An html report should be generated in prmgt/ using the lcov program. The 
autobuild script in gnupdf.org will then udpdate the report somewhere in 
http://www.gnupdf.org
