Well, if you've already read http://gnupdf.org/Dev:Newcomers , what you
need is a flyspray account so you can take ownership of that task, you
should wait jemarch until he opens an account for you.
In the meantime if you like, you can read other filters' source code
implementation so you get familiar with the API you need to implement.
