upstream update with a few little mods
--- NEW FILE: README.translators ---
Edit/create phpsysinfo/includes/lang/XX.php files. We will also feed these
back upstream to the phpsysinfo project - http://sf.net/projects/phpsysinfo.
There should only be 2 phrases translated using the phpGW lang system for
this app.
