[Phpgroupware-developers] feature freeze for .14

After talking to jengo, and since he is basically on
vacation until Y2K+2:

A feature freeze will be announced within the next 48
hours.  At that time a branch will be created to begin
testing and fixing prior to the next release.

Any features that you wish to introduce should be announced
now or they cannot be included to this pending release
branch.  Please announce in list form that which you
want to do and think can be accomplished very soon.

We do not have an official test procedure in place yet,
but hope to get that figured out in the next two weeks.

Realistically, it will be at least a month until release.
Let's hope it is quicker than that.  Setup needs to be
beaten to death to make sure upgrade from older versions
works for our two favorite dbms at least.

Part of the release should be to work on performance where
possible.  This includes code formatting and reduction
of code comments, etc.

BUGS and PATCHES.  Please submit these to the sourceforge
project for phpGroupWare.  If you do not have an account,
include your email address if possible - don't be a nobody ;)
For now, reference to devel branch/code, not stable.

TRANSLATIONS.  Please use a good text editor, or the
developer_tools application to create and modify your
language files.  Please see the api documentation for
language file rules and formatting.  Work within those
rules, and we will be happy to include your changes or
additions.
