Bookmarks XML-RPC isn't being done at the molment for a few reasons.

1) Notes, TTS, Todo aren't 100% finished
2) Calendar and addressbook are higher priority
3) We are gearing up to create a branch and start testing things out.  Which 
means
the client side app needs to be seriously updated and tested by me.  There are 
quite
a few things it needs.

Until those things happen, it will be a while before bookmarks is done.  There 
are a
lot of cools things that could be done with it.  Like being able to drag and 
drop a
URL from your browser into the app to add a new URL.  (I hope its possiable in
Linux)

It doesn't take that much work to do it.  Its just not the right time.
